Two upcoming iconic mobile phones will make its way to the market later this year. And both devices will be fighting to earn a spot as the best smartphone for this year. The two phones are the highly anticipated Apple iPhone 5 and the Samsung S3. Specs of both devices are tightly under wraps leaving the outside world to make speculated guesses as to the features that will likely have in both products.
In terms of design, the iPhone is still one big mystery. There have not been any sources that can back up any claims of the physical design of the device. Based on many blog sites, the iPhone will have an entirely different design concept. This will be a striking factor that could set the device apart from the others.
It has been mentioned that the iPhone will have a curved glass screen display running from one edge to another very much like it has with MacBook Air. Several sources say Apple will get back to incorporating a metallic black design for its body.
The S3 will likely stick to its plastic design although this time around, the plastics will be more durable and made of high quality material. Although the details are still not clear, the S3 will possess a beautiful design. Samsung is known for producing slim design models on their products so it should not be surprising if the Samsung Galaxy S3 will be even thinner than its current predecessor, the S2.
The features that will be expected for both devices will be insanely powerful as they will most likely debut with quad core processors. The iPhone will be running an A6 chipset clocked at one gigahertz paired with a one gigabyte RAM. The S3 will be even bigger as it will incorporate a processor at one point four gigahertz and a whopping two gigabytes of RAM.
